三防整理剂Z-200对棉织物整理工艺研究

摘　　要：采用三防整理剂Z-200在不同工艺条件下对棉织物进行整理,并测试三防效果,得到最佳三防整理工艺:整理剂用量30 g/L,柔软剂用量5 g/L,100℃烘3 min,175℃焙烘1.5 min.经最佳工艺条件整理的织物拒水性为95分,拒油性为5.5级,去污值为71;同时,染色织物皂洗牢度、湿摩擦牢度和水洗牢度有所提高.Under different finishing technologies,the water,oil and soil repellency of cotton fabric fin ished by Z-200 were tested.The optimum finishing process was obtained： 30 g/L of finishing agent,5 g/L of softener,dried at 100 ℃ for 3 min,cured at 175 ℃ for 1.5 min.After finishing,the water repellent rate of the cotton fabric was 95,the oil repellent level was 5.5,and the soil release value was 71.The wet color fastness of dyed fabric was also improved.
