摘　　要：对新型的分户热计量采暖系统的技术设计进行了定量和定性的多方案对比，提出了最佳的系统模式。为如何根据热表记录数值对各住户进行合理收费提出了一个科学可行的计算方法。the paper conthasts several plans quantitatively and qualitativey for a new type system of the householdbase thermal measuring and charging, advances a optimum model of the heating spstem besides, puts forward a scientific and fereible method of the calculation for charging residents according to the value of the thermal measuring.
