摘　　要：松赞干布建立吐蕃王朝之后的十代赞普,主要依据其所订立的法律制度治理吐蕃。关于此前赞普如何理政,史书则只有"以仲、德、本三者司政"一句记载,别无其他资料。本文从尸语故事、故事功能、司政时间等角度探讨吐蕃以"仲"司政问题,这对研究吐蕃政治制度的起源具有一定的学术价值。In terms of the legal system formulated by Sontzen gampo who established Tubo Dynasty, Tsenpos of the ten generations governed Tubo. How Tsenpos governed the dynasty waw recorded only in one sentence in history：＂managing with zhong,De Ben＂. There＇s no other material. This paper probes into Tubo＇s management with＂Zhong＂ ,which has unique insiqhts and has certain academic value to study the origin of Tubo political system based on the corpse Language ,story function and management time.
