摘　　要：天车是我公司重要的生产设备,天车上限位的设置精确与否对操作工及事故发生率至关重要。文中利用磁感应接近开关对原机械行程开关上限位进行改造,从原理到实践全面阐述了改造的过程,解决了天车限位难题,经长期运行证明该方法可靠。The cranes are the important equipments of our company, and the installation accuracy of crane upper limit is essential to the operators and the rate of accident. The paper introduces reforming the upper limit of original mechanic position switch with photoelectric switch. It discusses the process of refor- mation on principle and practice. The problem of crane limit is solved. After long-term operation, it is proved that the method is reliable.
