摘　　要：解决农村剩余劳动力就地转移,解决农民持续增收这个农业、农村工作的最现实问题,解决二元经济转换这个新世纪的最大难题。在当前和今后一个时期,大力推进城市化,显得尤为重要。To solve the local transfer of rural surplus labor force and the farmers＇ continued income growth is the most realistic problem of agriculture and rural work. To solve the dual economic structure transformation is the most difficult problem in the new century. It is particularly important to accelerate the urbanization at present and in the next few decades.
