摘　　要：目的探讨高强度聚焦超声治疗患者的皮肤护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2009年12月至2011年8月大庆油田总医院B超室137例应用高强度聚焦超声治疗患者的临床资料。结果 137例患者中,1例肝癌患者皮肤Ⅰ°灼伤,1例子宫肌瘤患者皮肤Ⅱ°灼伤,其余患者皮肤均无无异常。结论治疗前准备、细致的观察和良好的护理有利于确保高强度聚焦超声治疗患者的皮肤安全。Objective To Investigate the nursing strategy of skin care of patients with high-intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） treatment. Methods From December 2009 to August 2011,the clinical data of 137 patients with HIFU treatment in the hospital were analyzed retrosptively . Results Of 137 patients with HIFU treatment,one hepatoma patient was observed with Ⅰ°burn of skin ,one hysteromyoma patient with Ⅱ°burn of skin,and the others with normal skin. Conclusion The security of HIFU treatment will increase with the special preparation, careful observation and intensive care to the skin.
