摘 要:目的解决上海市护理学研究生专业课程资源不足和利用不全并存的现实问题。方法运用行动研究等方法 ,采取多校合作方式构建护理学研究生专业课程资源共享体系,并通过三轮教学运行验证该课程共享体系。结果该课程共享体系提高了各校优质教学资源的利用度,优化了共享院校的课程配置,提高了课程教学质量,密切了共享院校的学术关系。结论共享课程体系可有效集中区域内护理学专业优势教育资源,减少共享院校课程建设的重复投入,在相对短的时间内完善上海市护理学研究生专业课程体系。Objective To explore the solutions to the deficiency of nursing graduates" curriculum resources and its insufficient utilization. Methods Theoretical study, survey and action research were carried out to construct the sharing system of nursing graduates' curriculum resources by the cooperation of several schools. And its outcomes were verified through three rounds of teaching operation. Results This sharing system improved the utilization rate of excellent teaching resources in different schools, optimized the course arrangement for sharing schools, enhanced the teaching quality and promoted their academic relationships. Conclusion This sharing system can effectively pool the regional excellent nursing teaching resources, reduce the duplicating investment of curriculum construction and improve Shanghai nursing graduates curriculum system in a relatively short period.
