复方蜂胶表面麻醉涂擦剂对大鼠亚急性毒性实验研究

摘　　要：目的初步评价复方蜂胶表面麻醉涂擦剂(作为一种牙齿新型脱敏剂)的安全性,为其在临床应用提供依据.方法遵循各种评价标准,以大鼠为模型进行一次口服给药实验,观察体重增重、重要脏器的病理变化情况.结果复方蜂胶表面麻醉涂擦剂单次口服给药,大鼠亚急性实验研究结果表明,复方蜂胶表面麻醉涂擦剂对大鼠毒性较小,不引起大鼠出现死亡或脏器损伤反应.结论复方蜂胶表面麻醉涂擦剂对临床外用是安全的.Objective To preliminarily evaluate the safety of a surface anesthetic compound proplis as a new type of desensitization of teeth,and provide a basis for its clinical application.Method Following a variety of evaluation criteria,single oral administration experiment was performed in rats,the body weight and pathological changes of vital organs were observed.Result The results showed that the surface anesthetic compound proplis had low toxicity in rats,and did not cause death or organ damage response.Conclusion Compound propolis as a surface anesthetic is safe for clinical topical application.
