摘  要:目的探讨流产(药流和人流)、中孕引产及晚孕分娩后宫内组织残留物的声像图特征,评价阴道彩超(TVS)对其的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析63例宫内组织残留物的声像图特征,将其检查结果与清宫术后病理作对照.结果阴道彩超检查63例宫内组织残留患者,其中不均匀低回声9例,占14.3%;稍强回声团块32例,占50.8%;强光带8例,占12.7%;混合回声型9例,占14.3%;误诊4例,占6.3%;漏诊1例,占1.6%.结论与病理对照,超声检查诊断符合率为91.3%,阴道彩超诊断宫内组织残留操作方便,诊断符合率高,具有较好的临床应用价值,能为妇产科医师提供可靠的诊断依据,有利于指导临床工作.Objective To investigate the sonographic features of intrauterine tissue residue after abortion(pharmic abortion and induced abortion),second trimester induced abortion and after late pregnancy childbirth,and explore the diagnostic value of vaginal ultrasonography.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the sonographic features of 58 cases of intrauterine tissue residue,and compared the sonographic result with pathological result after cleaning operation.Results In the 63 cases of intrauterine tissue residue who received vaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination,there were 9 cases of non-uniform low echogenic mass,accounting for14.3%,32 cases of lower echogenic mass,accounting for 50.8%,8 cases of strong light band,accounting for 12.7%,9 cases of mixed echogenic mass,accounting for14.3%,4 misdiagnosed cases,accounting for 6.3%,and 1 missed case,accounting for 1.6%.Conclusions Vaginal color Sonography Doppler ultrasound is a convenient method with high coincidence rate with pathological result in diagnosis of intrauterine tissue residue,so it has good application value,can provide a reliable basis for obstetricians and gynecologists,and guide clinical work.
