和胃理气汤治疗腹部非胃手术后胃瘫16例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察和胃理气汤治疗腹部非胃手术后胃瘫的疗效及对患者体表胃电图的影响.方法在常规西医治疗基础上,将33例腹部非胃手术后胃瘫患者随机分为治疗组16例和对照组17例,治疗组从胃管注入和胃理气汤30 mL,每日3次;对照组从胃管注入生理盐水30 mL和多潘立酮粉末10 mg,每日3次.分别观察治疗前1 d及治疗后7 d症状体征、记录胃管引流量、体表胃电图的变化,并对两组疗效和体表胃电图改变进行统计学分析.结果治疗组总有效率为81.3%对照组总有效率为47.1%,2组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组正常胃电节律明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论和胃理气汤治疗腹部非胃手术后胃瘫,疗效可靠,副作用小,值得临床推广应用.Objective To observe the effects of Heweiliqi decoction on gastroparesis after non-gastric abdominal operation and cutaneous electrogastrogram of patients.Methods On the basis of conventional treatment by Western medicine,33 cases of gastroparesis after non-gastric abdominal operation were randomly divided into treatment group（16 cases） and control group（17 cases）.Patients in the treatment group were given Heweiliqi decoction（30 mL,daily 3 times） from the stomach tube,patients in the control group were given saline（30 mL） and domperidone powder（10 mg,3 times a day） from the stomach tube.The symptoms and signs,nasogastric drainage,and electrogastrogram changes were recorded and observed 1 days before and 7 days after treatment,and the efficacy and electrogastrogram changes between the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate was 81.3% in treatment group and 47.1% in control group,the difference was statistically significant between two group（P〈0.05）.Normal gastric electric rhythm in treatment group was obviously higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Heweiliqi decoction in the treatment of gastroparesis after non-gastric abdominal operation,is reliable and effective,with less side effects,so it is worthy of clinical application.
