摘　　要：miR-122是一种专一表达于肝脏的miRNA,在生理状态下参与精子发生、肝细胞发育、肝细胞表型、分化代谢,以及肝细胞应急应答等基本生命活动过程.在病理状态下,miR-122有促进HCV复制和翻译的作用,还可促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡,在HCC发生、发展过程中发挥抑癌基因样作用.miR-122,a kind of miRNA specifically expressing in the liver,under physiological conditions is involved in basic life activities such as spermatogenesis,development,phenotype,differentiation,metabolism and cell response of liver cells.While under pathological conditions,in addition to promoting replication and translation of HCV,miR-122 also can induce apoptosis of tumor cells,playing the role like tumor suppressor gene in the development process of HCC.
