摘　　要：研究了在硝酸中结晶的方法制备Ⅲ级RDX工艺 ,通过确定“析晶点”、保温时间和分步稀释速度 ,掌握了在强酸介质中重结晶过程中降低产品酸度和控制产品粒度的关键技术。The procedure of preparing RDX of grade Ⅲ is determined by controlling the nucleation temperature,interval of heat preservation and the rate of stepwise dilution with water during the crystallization process in nitric acid. The experimental results show that reducing acidity and controlling granularity of the final product are of the key technology for crystallization of RDX in strong acid medium.
