摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,对蜂产品的品质及形式种类的需求也有改变,巢蜜、脾蜜作为天然蜂产品的种类之一符合目前消费者返璞归真、崇尚天然的消费观念。从巢蜜和脾蜜的生产、现状及前景进行探析,认为国内应尽快发展巢蜜、脾蜜市场,促进蜂产品优质高价的形成。With the improvement of people＇s living standard, the demand on quality and form type of bee products has changed, comb honey and splenic honey, as one of natural honey product categories, are consistent with the current consumer consumption recovering one＇s original simplicity and advocating the natural concept. The production, spleen, status quo and prospect of comb and splenic honey are discussed, that comb and splenic honey market should be developed as soon as possible, so as to promote the high quality formation of honey products.
