摘 要:从对象工作过程的机理特点及基本物理方程出发 ,建立了舰船中压锅筒式锅炉启动及变工况运行过程的分析模型 ,开发了能够仿真舰船中压锅筒式锅炉从点火到蒸汽参数达到额定状态的启动全过程以及蒸发系统动态特性变化的软件。通过对某舰船锅炉蒸发系统运行特性的分析 。Based on the mechanism features of the work process of a targeted object under investigation and its basic physical equations the authors have set up an analytical model for the start up and off design operating process of a naval medium pressure drum boiler. A software has been developed, which can simulate the whole start up process of the above cited naval boiler, beginning from its ignition up to the steam parameters attaining a rated power, as well as the variation of the dynamic characteristics of its evaporating system. An analysis of the operation characteristics of the boiler evaporating system indicates that the established model and the software developed along with it can provide valuable reference data and materials for the design and operation of the naval boiler under discussion.
