摘 要:为研究轮胎硫化特性,对其硫化过程进行了数值模拟.提出采用混合定律模型模拟橡胶-帘线复合材料的导热系数、比热容和密度的变化,分别采用三维热参数模型、混合动力模型和无量纲参数公式描述橡胶的热物性参数、硫化动力学特性和焦烧特性,运用ABAQUS软件对某子午线轮胎的硫化数值过程进行数值分析和试验研究.结果表明:数值结果与试验结果具有良好的一致性,最难硫化的部位在胎肩N600处;当胶囊厚度减小50%时,N600的焦烧时间缩短5.98%,工程正硫化时间降低了11.84%;当初始预热温度增加66%时,N600的焦烧时间缩短27.05%,此处的最高温度和工程正硫化时间变化不大;当蒸汽平均温度提高5%时,N600的工程正硫化时间降低9.29%,此处的焦烧时间和最高温度变化不大.To investigate tire curing performance of rubber, a thermal conductivity, specific heat and density of the rubber numerical simulation was carried out, in which the were simulated by mixing rule model proposed by authors. The thermal parameters, curing kinetics and induction performance of the rubber were simulated by 3 D thermal model, hybrid dynamic model and non-dimensional parameter equation, respectively. ABAQUS was used to solve the heat conduction equation and kinetic model of a radial tire, simultaneously. The results showed that the numerical results corresponded well with experimental results. N600 in the shoulder was the last cured point. When the thickness of bladder decreased by 50% , the induction time of N600 decreased by 5.98% , and the engineering optimum cure time of N600 decreased by 11.84%. When the preheating tempera- ture increased by 66%, the induction time of N600 decreased by 27.05%, while the maximum temperature and engineering optimum cure time of N600 changed slightly. When the steam temperature increased by 5 % , the engineering optimum cure time of N600 decreased by 9.29% ,while the induction time and maximum tern- perature of N600 changed slightly
