摘 要:目的探讨牡蛎提取液对长期训练小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法实验小鼠60只,随机分为6组:安静对照组(Ⅰ组)、安静+给药组(Ⅱ组)、运动对照组(Ⅲ组)、低剂量给药+运动组(Ⅳ组)、中剂量给药+运动组(Ⅴ组)、高剂量给药+运动组(Ⅵ组)。4个给药组分别以剂量为5、10、15 g·kg-1·d-1灌服牡蛎提取液,对照组灌服等体积的蒸馏水,共6 w。Ⅰ组不运动,5个运动组小鼠进行6 w递增负荷游泳训练,最后进行一次性力竭游泳,测定小鼠血清溶菌酶含量、血清ACP活性、SI、TI、胸腺XO活性、脾脏MPO活性指标。结果Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组相比,溶菌酶含量略高(P>0.05),ACP活性降低(P<0.05),SI、TI差异不显著(P>0.05),XO、MPO活性略低(P>0.05);Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组相比,溶菌酶含量、ACP活性、SI、TI均降低(P<0.01);Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组与Ⅲ组相比,溶菌酶含量、ACP活性、XO活性、MPO活性均降低(P<0.01);Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组、Ⅵ组溶菌酶含量、SI、TI随牡蛎提取液剂量升高而升高,ACP活性、XO活性随牡蛎提取液剂量升高而降低。结论牡蛎提取液促进运动免疫抑制小鼠的溶菌酶再生,显著降低APC活性,提高小鼠SI、TI,抑制小鼠胸腺组织中XO、脾脏组织中MPO活性,提示牡蛎提取液是一种有效的运动免疫增强剂。Objective To explore the impact of oyster extracts on immunologic function of mice in long-term training. Methods 60 mice were randomly divided into six groups as followed: group Ⅰ (sedentary control group) , group Ⅱ (trained group) , group Ⅳ(low dos- age plus trained group), group Ⅴ (medium dosage plus trained group), group Ⅵ(high dosage plus trained group). Rats in four dosage groups were given with oyster extracts by the dosage of 5, 5, 10 and 15 g . kg^-. d-1 respectively; meanwhile, rats in control group were treated with normal saline consecutively for 6 weeks. Rats in five trained groups except for the group Ⅰ, were carried out progressively the load swimming training and then exhaustive swimming training and then to measure all the indexes of SL content, ACP, SI, TI, thymic XO, splenic MPO. Results The lysozyme concentration of group Ⅱ was much higher than that of group Ⅰ ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , and the ACP was signifi- cantly lower ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , and there was no significantly difference between SI and TI, and XO, MPO were relatively lower ( P 〉 0.05 ). Compared with group m and group Ⅰ , SL content, ACP, SI, TI was lowering (P 〈0.01 ). Compared with group IV, group Ⅴ, group VI with groupⅢ, all the indexes Of SL content, ACP, SI, TI, thymic XO, splenic MPO were significantly lower (P 〈 0. 01 ). In group Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ, SL content and TI were increased gradually with the increasing of dosage of oyster extracts, and ACP, XO decreased. Conclusions Oyster extracts could contribute to the immune exercise, inhibit the renewal of lysozyme among the mice, lower the APC significantly and enhance SI, TI and control the XO in thymus tissues and MPO in the spleen tissues. All the results indicate that the oyster extraction is an effective method of improving movement immunization fortifier.
