蒙西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蒙药升阳十一味丸与诺氟沙星胶囊联合治疗慢性前列腺炎的治疗效果.方法:选择确诊的慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,均治疗4周,观察症状、体征、前列腺液(EPS)中的白细胞(WBC)等指标,比较两组药物的疗效.结果:(1)治疗组及对照组年龄、病程差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组具有可比性(.2)两组治疗前后NIH-CPSI评分、EPS-WBC明显减少,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)(.3)两组治疗4周后治疗组NIH-CPSI评分、EPS-WBC明显减少,差异有显著意义(P<0.05).结论:(1)蒙药升阳十一味丸联合诺氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎,可改善患者疼痛与排尿症状,提高生活质量,减少EPS白细胞数目.蒙药升阳十一味丸配合诺氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺优于诺氟沙星胶囊组,应用前景广阔(.2)因本研究病例数少且观察时间为4周,所以蒙药升阳十一味丸配合诺氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎需多长时间达到最佳疗效,尚待进一步的临床研究.Objective： To observe the efficancy of Mongolian medicine Shengyangshiyiwei pill combined with norfloxacin capsules in treating chronic prostatitis（CP）. Methods： 80 patients who diagnosed as CP were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both groups were 40 cases and were treated for 4 weeks, observing the symptoms, signs, white blood cell （WBC） in expressed prostatic secretion （EPS） and other indicators, comparing the efficacy of drugs in the two groups. Results： 1.The age and disease duration between treatment group and control group had no significant difference（P〉O.05）, the two groups had comparability. 2.NIH-CPSI scores before and after treatment, EPS-WBC decrease after treatment in the two groups had significant difference （P〈O.05）. 3.After treatment for 4 weeks, NIH-CPSI scores and EPS-WBC decrease between the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： 1.Mongolian medicine Shengyangshiyiwei pills combined with norfloxacin capsules in treatment of chronic prostatitis, can ameliorate patients pain and voiding symptoms, improve life quality, and can reduce EPS-WBC count. The efficacy of Mongolian medicine Shengyangshiyiwei pills combined with norfloxacin capsules was better than noriloxacin capsule group, so has broad application prospects. 2.1n the study of Mongolian medicine Shengyangshiyiwei pills combined with norfloxacin capsules in treating chronic prostatitis, because the small number of cases and observation time of 4 weeks, how long it will take to achieve the best effect needs further clinical studies.
