摘　　要：吞咽障碍是导致脑卒中病人死亡和预后不良的独立危险因素,早期采取针对性的康复护理策略,可促进病人吞咽功能的恢复。现从脑卒中后吞咽障碍的发生机制、功能评估工具、中西医康复护理策略方面进行综述,为康复护理相关研究提供参考。Dysphagia is the independent risk factor causing death and poor prognosis of stroke patients,so taking the targeted nursing strategies earlier can promote the recovery of patients＇ swallowing function.It reviewed the rehabilitation nursing strategies for post-stroke patients with dysphagia from aspects of mechanism,functional evaluation tools,Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation care strategy,so as to provide evidences for related research of rehabilitation nursing.
