Ritleng泪道插管术治疗迁延不愈及复发性新生儿泪囊炎效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童迁延不愈及复发性泪囊炎的临床治疗效果。方法儿童迁延不愈和复发性泪囊炎86例118只眼，采用泪囊区按摩、泪道冲洗、泪道探通等方法治疗后患儿仍有溢泪及分泌物，其中男52例72只眼，女34例46只眼，年龄4月～3岁1月，平均年龄7．60个月，采用Ritlengt＇N道插管术治疗，观察治疗效果。结果治愈78例108只眼，好转8例10只眼，有效率100％，治愈率91．53％。结论对儿童迁延不愈及复发性泪囊炎行Ritleng泪道插管术，治愈率明显提高。Objective To evaluate treatment effect of recurrent and delayed healing of children dacryocystitis by ritleng lacrimal intubation system. Methods In this retrospective cases series, 86 patients （ll8eyes） with recurrent and delayed healing of children dacryocystitis were treated by the lacrimal sac area massage and irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage, who still epiphora, which treated by ritleng lacrimal intubation system and the effect of treatment was observed. Among them,male were 52 patients （72 eyes）, female 34 patients （46 eyes）. At the age of 4 months to 3.1 years, the average of 7.60 months old. Results Of 78 patients （108 eyes） were cured and 8 patients （10eyes） improved. The total efficiency was 100% and the total cure rate was 91.53%. Conclu- sions The recurrent and delayed healing of children dacryocystitis are treated by ritleng lacrimal intu- bation system, which can markedly improve the cure rate.
