摘　　要：广大农村是历次地震灾害的重灾区,当前建设新农村和农村防震减灾规划亟需取得农村民居抗震性能的第一手资料。通过调查发现:该地区村域90%以上的民居建筑抗震性能低于6度,特别危险的房屋占到被调查房屋的37%,在建房中普遍存在防震意识、经济能力、政府监管等方面问题。在分析现状和产生原因的基础上提出了设立村镇民居抗震设防目标等六条加强农村居民抗震设防的建议。The vast rural areas are the main earthquake hit areas, it is urgent to collect the first-hand information on the anti-seismic for the new countryside construction and rural dwelling earthquake dis- aster prevention and mitigation planning. With the investigation, we found that： more than 90% of dwelling houses this area are under the sixth anti-seismic degree, particularly dangerous dwelling hou- ses accounts for 37% of the investigation houses. Under the processing of construction, lacking of earthquake-proof consciousness, economic capacity problems and the government supervision are com- monly found. Based on the analysis of present situation and reasons, this paper provides more than six suggestions on strengthing the anti-seismic fortifications to rural residents, such as setting up the rural dwelling houses earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation targets.
