摘　　要：目的分析研究综合性医院大型医疗设备核磁共振运作情况。方法用成本效益比较法对单机运作情况进行分析。结果核磁共振成本回收周期为14个月，年服务量是保本服务量的4．37倍，年利润率为79．24％。结论建立大型医疗设备科学管理机制。Objective To study the utilization of a magnetic resonance imaging （ MRI ） in a general hospital. Methods Cost-benefit analysis was used to assess the operation of MRI. Reaults The cost recovery period for a MRI was 14 months. And the annual utilization rate was 4,37 times of the minimum necessary utilization rate for cost recovery, with an annual profit margin of 79.24%. Concluaion Scientific mechanism for managing large medical equipment should be established,
