摘 要:目的探讨溶血对神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的影响,推算NSE溶血校正公式及其临床应用价值。方法选取来我院健康查体人员不溶血标本80份,人工自制成不同血红蛋白浓度的溶血标本,分别检测溶血前、后NSE,分析溶血量(HGB)与NSE变化(ANSE)的相关性,推算溶血量与NSE变化相关方程,得出NSE溶血校正公式。结果溶血量与NSE的变化呈直线相关(r=0.918);溶血量与NSE变化的相关方程:ANSE=9.389+27.279×HGB;NSE溶血校正公式即为NSE校正=NSE溶血-△NSE。结论溶血对NSE的检测结果有影响,NSE与溶血程度呈正相关;在NSE检测时,溶血标本要弃用;对于采血困难者,可通过NSE溶血校正公式估算NSE。Objective To explore the effects of hemolysis on neuron-specific enolase ( NSE ),through which a formula is deducted and applied. Methods Eighty nonhemolyzed specimens were selected and hemolyzed specimens with different concentrations of hemoglobin were used. NSE was measured before and after hemolysis. Association between hemolysis and NSE was analysed. The corrected formula of NSE in the hemolyzed specimens was deducted. Results A linear relation of hemolytic volume with changes in NSE was found ( r= 0.918 ). The related equation was deducted as ANSE = 9.389 + 27.279 × HGB and the corrected formula as NSEcprrection= NSEhemolysis - ANSE. Conclusions The changes of NSE were positively associated with hemolysis. In NSE test, hemolyzed specimens should be abandoned. For those with difficulty in blood drawing, NSE should be re-estimated by the correction formula.
