摘　　要：农民专业合作社,作为保护弱势群体的一种制度创新,在推动农民合作化与农业市场化进程中发挥了重要作用,然而资金的缺乏使其呈现不稳定性和波动性,因此需要政府的融资支持。在我国农民专业合作社发展的历程中,应合理定位政府行为,既要充分发挥政府在合作社融资中的作用,优化农村金融服务,促进合作社融入资金的有效利用;又要减少政府过多的行政干预,给予农民专业合作社充分的自主权。本文从多视角探究政府对农民专业合作社融资支持的制度架构和依赖路径,以期为政府缓解农民专业合作社融资困境、解决"三农"难题提供有益参考。Specialized farmers＇ cooperatives, as an institutional innovation designed to protect social vulnerable groups, play an important role in the process of promoting farmer collectivization and farming marketization. However, specialized farmers＇ cooperatives show instability and fluctuation for lack of funds, so they need the government＇ s financial support. In the process of the development of specialized farmers＇ cooperatives in China, the government should rationally orient its action to play a full part in cooperatives＇ financing, optimize rural financial services, promote effective employment of funds, reduce excessive government intervention and give cooperatives full autonomy. This article, from multiple angles, explores the institutional framework and path on government＇ s support of specialized farmers＇ cooperatives＇ financing so as to have some significance for government to alleviate financing diffieuhy of cooperatives and solve the issues concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
