摘 要:采用反应性单体浸渍聚合法制备了废弃涤纶和尼龙布料纤维的硬化颗粒,并用其填充聚丙烯(PP)材料。结果表明:反应性单体通过渗透到布料表面和内部并形成聚合物层实现硬化布料的目的。在PP复合材料中,布料纤维被解离成单根纤维的形式均匀地分布在PP树脂中。两种纤维的加入能促进PP的结晶。尼龙纤维与PP树脂的相容性要比涤纶纤维好,从而硬化尼龙纤维填充的PP材料比涤纶纤维填充的PP具有更好的拉伸性能和韧性,但弯曲模量要略差些。10%硬化纤维填充量的PP材料具有最佳的综合性能。The hard particles of waste Dacron and nylon fabric fibers were prepared by the methods of dipping and polymerizing reactive monomers, and they were used to fill with polypropylene (PP). The results showed that reactive monomers infiltrated inside and outside in the fabric and formed the polymer layer to achieve hardening fabric purpose. In the PP composites, fabric fiber dispersed uniformly in PP resin in form of single fibers. Adding fiber could promote the crystallization of PP. The compatibility of Nylon fabric fiber and PP resin was superior to that between the Dacron fabric fiber and PP, thus PP composites filled with Nylon fabric fiber had better tensile property and toughness than the composites filled with Dacron fabric fiber, while the flexural modulus was inferior. Moreover, PP materials with 10 wt% fabric fiber content had the best comprehensive properties.
