摘  要:以废橡胶粉复配沥青作为聚丙烯的低成本增韧改性剂,制得了冲击强度和断裂伸长率均显著提高,同时具有良好拉伸强度的共混复合材料。偏光显微镜观察表明:沥青的加入可显著改善废橡胶粉在聚丙烯基体中的分散,分散相尺寸由>50μm降低到2~5μm。DSC分析证实了复配改性剂的加入抑制了聚丙烯的结晶能力,其结晶度和熔点均显著降低。Ground rubber powder was compounded with asphalt as the low cost toughing modifier of polypropylene (PP). The blending composite with well impact strength, elongation at break and tensile strength was prepared. Polarized light microscopy observation indicated that the dispersion of rubber powder in PP matrix was remarkably improved with the addition of the asphalt, the dispersed phase size descended from 〉 50μm to 2 -5 μm. The crystallization of PP was restrained by the addition of the mixed modifier which was confirmed by DSC analysis. The degree of crystallinity and melting point were significantly decreased.
