摘 要:目的初步探讨不同家系高血压人群血浆血管紧张素Ⅲ(Ang Ⅲ)、氨基肽酶N(APN)水平与原发性高血压的相关性。方法 2008-02-2011-06对安徽省淮南市汉族2689人进行问卷调查和血压、身高、体质量等指标的测量,并进行高血压家系(HPP)和非高血压家系(NHPP)的筛选。根据知情自愿原则,征集到高血压家系高血压者(HPP-HP组,n=131)与正常血压者(HPP-NHP组,n=134)及非高血压家系高血压者(NHPP-HP组,n=127)与正常血压者(NHPP-NHP组,n=132)。应用ELISA法测定血浆Ang Ⅲ、APN水平。结果与NHPP-HP组比较,HPP-HP组AngⅢ水平[(75.7±14.7)比(61.3±14.9)ng/L,P<0.01]较高,APN水平[(32.3±11.4)比(36.2±11.6)ng/L,P<0.01]较低。HPP-HP组血浆Ang Ⅲ与APN水平呈负相关(r=-0.331,P<0.05)。平均动脉压与HPP-HP组(r=0.457,P<0.01)、NHPP-HP组(r=0.324,P<0.05)血浆Ang Ⅲ水平呈正相关,而与HPP-HP组(r=-0.513,P<0.01)、NHPP-HP组(r=-0.378,P<0.05)血浆APN水平呈负相关。结论血浆Ang Ⅲ、APN水平在不同家系存在差异。高血压人群血浆Ang Ⅲ水平与血压呈正相关,而血浆APN水平与血压则呈负相关。Objective To explore the correlation between essential hypertension and levels of angiotensin Ⅲ (Ang Ⅲ) and aminopeptidase N (APN) in plasma of hypertensive people from different pedigrees. Methods Questionnaire survey was performed in 2689 individuals in Huainan municipality who were of Han nationality from February 2008 to June 2011. Their blood pressure, heights and body masses were measured, and they were screened for hypertensive pedigree (HPP) and non-hypertensive pedigree (NHPP). In accordance to the principle of informed consent and voluntary participation, hypertensive population (HPP-HP, n= 131 ) and normotensive pop- ulation ( HPP-NHP, n= 134) from HPP, and hypertensive population ( NHPP-HP, n =- 127) and normotensive population (NHPP-NHP, n=132) from NHPP were recruited. The levels of Ang Ⅲ and APN in plasma were measured by ELISA. Results Compared with the NHPP-HP, the level of Ang HI in the HPP-HP was higher [(75.7± 14.7) vs (61.3±14.9)ng/L, P〈0.01], while the level of APN in the HPP-HP group was lower [(32.3±11.4) vs (36.2±11.6) ng/L, P〈0.01]. The level of AngⅢ in plasma was negatively correlated with the level of APN in the HPP-HP (r=-0. 331, P〈 0.05). The mean arterial pressure (MAP) was positively correlated with Ang Ⅲ in the HPP-HP (r=0. 457, P〈0.01) and the NHPP-HP (r=0. 324, P〈0.05), however negatively correlated with APN in the HPP-HP (r=-0. 513, P〈0.01) and the NHPP-HP (r= -0. 378, P〈0.05). Conclusion There are significant differences between HPP and NHPP in the levels of Ang m and APN. The level of AngⅢ in plasma of hypertensive population is positively correlated with blood pressure, but the level of APN is negatively correlated with blood pressure.
