摘　　要：目的探究吸入性糖皮质激素在治疗稳定期COPD的患者,观察治疗后的效果,寻找治疗COPD的最佳方法。方法选择2009年11月至2011年11月在我院治疗稳定期COPD的80例患者作为研究对象,将80例患者分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用吸入糖皮质激素进行治疗,对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察两组治疗后的效果。结果通过观察并比较两个治疗小组,发现采用吸入性糖皮激素治疗的小组,患者的呼吸状况、生活质量、肺功能等方面得到了很大的改善,研究组与对照组之间有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吸入性糖皮激素的治疗效果显著、并发症少,是治疗稳定期COPD的有效方法。Objective To explore the inhaled corticosteroid therapy in patients with stable COPD,was observed after treatment effect for treatment of COPD,the best method.Methods From November 2009 to November 2011 in our hospital for the treatment of stable period in 80 cases of COPD as the object of study,80 patients were divided into study group and control group,the study group using inhaled corticosteroids for treatment,the control group with routine treatment,two groups were observed after treatment effect.Results Through the observation and comparison of the two treatment groups,found the use of inhaled sugar skin hormone treatment group,patients with respiratory conditions,quality of life,pulmonary function has been greatly improved,research group and control group had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Inhaled sugar skin hormone remarkable curative effect,less complications,patients in the stable phase of COPD is an effective method.
