摘  要:目的探讨血浆神经肽Y(NPY)在原发性高血压发生发展中作用及对靶器官损害的临床意义。方法用放射免疫方法测定205例原发性高血压患者和45例健康人空腹静脉血NPY的血浆浓度。结果与对照组比较,原发性高血压患者血浆NPY浓度显著升高(P<0.05);原发性高血压患者血浆NPY浓度随血压升高显著升高(P<0.05);伴靶器官损害的高血压组比无靶器官损害的单纯高血压组血浆NPY浓度高(P<0.05);联合靶器官损害组比单一靶器官损害组血浆NPY浓度高(P<0.05)。结论神经肽Y可能参与了原发性高血压病的发生发展过程,其浓度高低与原发性高血压靶器官损伤程度相关。Objective To observe the action of neuropeptide Y(NPY) in the development of essential hypertension and explore its clinical significance for target organ damage.Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the fasting levels of plasma neuropeptide Y in 205 essential hypertension patients and 45 healthy controls.Results The levels of plasma neuropeptide Y in patients with essential hypertension were significantly higher than normal controls(P0.05),which was commensurately increased with the grades of hypertension.Plasma NPY levels.Patients with target organ damage were significantly more than patients without target organ damage(P0.05).NPY levels in patients with multiple target organs damage were higher than those of patients without target organ damage(P0.05).Conclusion NPY may be involved in the development of essential hypertension and the levels of plasma.NPY may be related with the severity of target organ damage.
