摘　　要：目的对肿瘤专科医院护士的专业理论、技能、知识和能力做初步调查和评价,以便指导护理人员提高、改进。方法以无记名描述性和定量问卷方式调查肿瘤专科医院不同年资与职称的50名专科护士,设计7个变量,40个问题的单选题,并要求护士对自身肿瘤专科临床实践、科研能力做出客观评估。结果专业理论、技能、知识问题回答平均正确率为67.5%,对肿瘤患者相关护理理论与实践知识掌握好,准确率为81.2%。对肿瘤学分期与原则和治疗与手段知识掌握差或一般,准确率仅为45.3%。结论肿瘤专科护士有较强的临床实践能力,但应该加强提高肿瘤学相关知识、科研意识和能力。Objective To investigate and evaluate the professional theories,skills,knowledge and ability on oncology of the tumor professional nurses in order to guide them to improve themselves on clinical practice.Method 50 various levels nurses from a tumor hospital have been investigated via a design tables including 40 different questions.They were demanded to choose a single correct answer from 5 choice answers.Results The average correct answer rate is 67.5%.Tumor professional nurses could practice and operate nursing skills well while knew a little knowledge on staging and principle of treatment on cancer.Conclusion Tumor professional nurses had better clinical practice abilities while lacked of the knowledge related on oncology and doing research.
