Herbert螺钉在骨科临床中应用50例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Herbert螺钉内固定的疗效。方法 2007年3月—2010年12月应用Herbert螺钉治疗不同部位骨折50例,其中腕舟骨折组9例,内踝骨折组9例,外踝骨折伴下胫腓分离5例,三踝骨折5例。桡骨头骨折组5例,股骨头骨折组5例,距骨颈骨折2例,前交叉韧带2例,股骨髁骨折2例,后交叉韧带2例,趾骨折1例,肱骨大结节撕脱骨折1例,髂前上棘撕脱骨折1例,胫骨近端骨折1例。结果平均随访1年1个月(7个月～3年),分别按改良Mayo法、改良Cassebaum法、Epstein法、Kofoed评定,优良率分别为94.7%、96%、80%、90%。结论 Herbert螺钉能提供牢固的内固定,随访稳定,是关节内骨折及撕脱骨折较理想的内固定材料。Objective To investigate the clinical application of Herbert screw in fracture internal fixa- tion. Methods From 2007 to 2010,fifty patients of different parts of fracture treated with Herbert screw were followed up effectively,including scaphoid fracture group of 9 cases,the radial head fracture group of 5 cases,the femoral head fracture group of B cases,et al. Results After an average follow up time of 1 year and 1 month （ranged,7months - 3years） ,the good to excellent rates were 94.7% ,96% ,80 %,90% accord- ing to the modified Mayo score,the Broberg Morrey score, the Epstein score and Kofoed score. Conclusion The Herbert screw can provide strong fixation and stability in the long-term follow-up. It is an ideal ma- terial in treating different parts of fractures.
