芪苈强心胶囊治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察芪苈强心胶囊治疗缺血性心肌病的临床效果。方法患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予血管扩张剂、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β-受体阻滞剂等常规抗心力衰竭药物;治疗组在上述治疗基础上加芪苈强心胶囊4粒口服,3次/d。均治疗12周后统计疗效。结果二组经治疗后NT-proBNP、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表(Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Question-naire,MLHFQ)计分、LVIDD明显下降,EF、SV、6min步行试验(6-minutes walking test,6MWT)明显上升,且治疗组优于对照组。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗缺血性心肌病安全,可提高疗效。Objective To observe the effects of Qiliqiangxin capsule for treating ischemic cardiomyopa- thy. Methods All 100 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into control group and Qiliqiangxin capsule treated group. The control group were treated with common anti- heart failure drugs such as vasodilating agens, diuretic, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, β- receptor blockers. The treated group were treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule （4 capsules per time, rid ） on above-mentioned foundations. The elects were analyzed after 12 weeks. Results After therapy, NT- proBNP, MLHFQ, LVIDD were decreased obviously, EF, SV and 6MWT were rised inversely. The treated group were sur- passed the control group with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Therapeutic effects can be improved in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients if Qiliqiangxin capsule is used.
