沙床栽培中施肥对忽地笑生长量及净光合速率的影响

摘　　要：以尿素和磷酸二氢钾在沙床上对忽地笑(Lycoris aurea)进行施肥试验,分析施肥对忽地笑叶生长量、净光合速率及鳞茎生物量的影响,并且就忽地笑净光合速率对光有效辐射的响应、净光合速率的日变化进行了探讨。结果表明:沙土栽培施肥未明显增加忽地笑叶生长量和鳞茎生物量,也未显著提高净光合速率;忽地笑为耐阳植物,其光响应有"单峰型"和"抛物线型"两种类型,净光合速率日变化为"单峰型"。Carbamide and KH2PO4 were set for topdressing fertilization to study the fertilization effects on leaf growth,bulb biomass and the net photosynthetic rate（Pn） of Lycoris aurea.The light-response to photosynthesis and a diurnal change of Pn were also studied.Results showed that the fertilization couldn＇t increase the leaf growth,bulb biomass and Pn significantly.L.aurea showed light-tolerance with two types of the light-response curve,single-peak and parabola,and the diurnal change of Pn had a single peak.Finally a suggestion was given for the cultivation of L.aurea.
