摘　　要：选择具有代表性的反映惊悸的古代验案4则进行赏析,就惊悸不安状态的内涵和病证特点进行探讨、总结,以期为临床辨识与诊治惊悸不安状态提供一种新的思路与方法。Four ancient medical cases were selected out and analyzed which could be the representatives of reflecting anxiety and terror. The connotation and syndrome characteristic of anxiety and terror was investigated and summed up so as to put out a new thinking way and method to identify and treat anxiety and terror in clinic.
