摘　　要：胃肠道运动功能障碍可引起许多消化道症状,儿童便秘就是儿科临床常见的症状之一。近年来各项针对慢性便秘的药物临床研究已不断被业内学者所报道,该文对近年来临床上已相对成熟的药物,如缓泻剂、促胃肠动力药物等;尚处于试验性评估阶段的药物;以及我国传统中医药及针灸疗法的最新研究进展等进行综述,为提高临床儿科便秘的治疗水平,实现个体化治疗提供参考。Gastrointestinal motility dysfunction may cause a variety of gastrointestinal symptoms including very common one, constipation, in children. In recent years, numerous clinical studies on treatments of chronic constipation have been reported. This review summarizes the clinical reports of relatively mature drugs such as laxatives, gastrointestinal motility drugs, etc. and drugs that are still in the pilot assessment phase as well as the latest advances in research of traditional Chinese medicine and acu- puncture which promote gastrointestinal motility. Thus it provides information for personalized treatments of constipation in chil-dren.
