摘　　要：现代医院药库管理,作为医院优质服务的重要环节,应该讲究科学方法,以促进医院所有业务部门的日常作业和管理活动。本文就现代医院药库的几种管理方法进行探讨,方法包括规划化管理、信息化管理、ABC管理法及部分零库存管理。通过对几种管理方法的探讨比较,以期能促进各医院药库根据实际情况选择合适的管理方法,从而达到管理目标的实现。Modern hospital management in the pharmacy store of hospital services, as the important link, should pay attention to the scientific method, in order to promote the hospital all business department daily operation and management activities. The modern hospital pharmacy store several management methods are discussed, including planning management method, information management, ABC management method and partial zero inventory management. Through analyzing several management methods of comparison, in or- der to promote the hospital pharmacy store according to the actual situation, to choose a suitable management methods, so as to achieve the management goal.
