摘　　要：基于广东省电力公司商业化运营的模式，从管理和技术上提出对省电力公司及各分公司（子公司）用电管理信息系统的建设规范。The electricity use MIS of Guangdong Province is disperse in management, overlapping in investment, lacking in normalization and uneven in system function, which is unfavorable for information share and management unification. Therefore, the normalization in systematic function, key data, data interface, coding and system platform is presented to counter the above mentioned problems.
