摘　　要：目的探讨桥小脑角手术并发症的处理及围手术期治疗方法。方法对我院近10年来104例桥小脑角手术患者进行回顾性总结,重点分析了围手术期的治疗经验,包括术前、术中及术后的处理。结果 104例桥小脑角手术中,13例出现并发症,占12.5%,包括术中发生小脑肿胀2例,神经性聋1例,面神经麻痹1例,颅内感染5例,脑脊液漏3例,脑梗塞1例;经合理治疗,除1例神经性聋和1例面神经麻痹未愈外,其余并发症均治愈。结论合理规范的桥小脑角疾病的围手术期处理,对减少并发症,提高手术疗效,具有重要意义。Objective To study perioperative treatments and management of complications in cerebellopontine angle surgeries. Methods One hundred and four cases of cerebellopontine angle surgeries were analyzed retrospectively. Result Among these patients,the rate of complications was 12.5%（13/104）,including cerebellum swelling during operation （n=2）, neuro-deafness （n=l）, facial paralysis （n=l）, intracranial infection（ n=5 ）,postoperative cerebrospinal leakage （n=3）,and cerebral infarction （n=l）.With appropriate treatments,all complications resolved except in 1 case of neuron-deafness and 1 case of facial paralysis. Conclusion The authors hold that appropriate and standardized perioperative treatments is important for decreasing complications and improving treatment outcomes in cerebellopontine angle surgery cases.
