摘  要:目的探讨血红素加氧酶-1(Heme Oxygenase HO-1)在弥漫性脑外伤(diffuse brain injury,DBI)大鼠耳蜗的表达,分析内耳听功能损伤与HO-1表达的相关性。方法建立弥漫性脑外伤大鼠模型并随机分组,采用听性脑干反应测定,光镜、免疫组织化学等手段,观察各组动物及听功能的变化。结果对照组大鼠耳蜗HO-1基本无表达,外伤后各组内耳HO-1表达有明显变化(P<0.01)。外伤后各组ABRⅤ波阈值及各波潜伏期比较有明显差别(P<0.05)。外伤各组内耳HO-1表达与听功能损伤相关(P<0.05)。结论弥漫性脑外伤对内耳HO-1表达及听功能均有不同程度的影响,听功能变化可能与HO-1表达有关。Objective To study expression of HO-1 in the cochlea and its correlation to auditory function in a rat model of diffuse traumatic brain injury. Methods Model rats of diffuse traumatic brain injury were created and randomly di- vided into five groups. Auditory brainstem responses, light microscopy and, immunohistochemistry were used to evaluate hearing function and morphologic changes. Results Expression of HO-1 in the normal control group was absent, whereas various levels of inner ear HO-1 expression were seen in the trauma groups. The auditory brainstem response thresholds and interwave latencies were different between the trauma and normal control groups (P 〈 0.05). HO-1 expression levels were correlated to auditory function changes in trauma groups (P 〈 0.05). Conculsion Inner ear HO-1 expression and audi- tory function are affected by diffuse traumatic brain injury, and decreased auditory function may be associated with changes of HO-1 expression in inner ear.
