摘  要:目的:深入开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动,为患者提供安全、优质、满意的护理服务,提高患者满意度。方法:按照卫生部《"优质护理服务示范工程"活动方案》及《四川省医疗机构"优质护理服务示范工程"活动评价标准》要求,在2010年开展"优质护理服务示范病房"的基础上,结合医院自身实际情况积极探索,于2011年启动了第三批"示范病房"。结果:提高了护理管理效能;患者对护理工作满意度由2010年90.8%上升到2011年98%。结论:通过开展优质护理服务活动,深化了"以患者为中心"的服务宗旨,建立了优质护理服务持续改进长效机制,提高了患者满意度。Objective To carry out the "quality care demonstration project" activities, to provide patients with safe, high quality, satis- factory nursing care,to improve the degree of patients' satisfaction. Method According to the Ministry of health to" ' quality care demonstration project' program" and" Sichuan Province medical institutions" 'quality care demonstration project' evaluation standard" require- ment,on the foundation,carried out" quality care demonstration unit " in 2010, and active exploring combined with the hospital itself actual situation the third batch " demonstrative ward" started in 2011. Results Improved the efficiency of nursing management. The degree of patients' satisfaction improved from 90. 8% in 2010 to 98% in 2011. Conclusion High quality nursing service activities deepen the "patient - centered" service purposes, establish a long - term mechanism of high quality nursing service of continuous improvement, enhance the degree of patients' satisfaction.
