摘  要:目的观察胰岛素注射笔注射胰岛素后针头在皮下停留时间和注射剂量与针头溢液相关性。方法将66例应用胰岛素注射笔注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者按使用剂量<10U和≥10U分为两大组,各累计观察100人次,注射完毕按说明书要求针头停留10s拔针。观察各组针尖残留液量。设置注射胰岛素后针头在局部停留10、15s拔针,针头拔出后胰岛素溢出从针头滴下或在针头形成滴珠均视为有药液溢出,各累计观察100人次,由专人负责操作和观察,同一患者两种停留时间交替进行。结果两种不同停留时间滴液情况比较与同一停留时间不同注射剂量滴液情况比较,均差异有统计学意义。结论胰岛素注射笔皮下注射胰岛素时,随着针头停留时间延长,药液溢出量减少。随胰岛素注射剂量增加,药液溢出量增多。Objective To observe the correlation between the retaining time of the needle after insulin injection,insulin dose and the volume of needle spill after GanShu w.lead injection injected used east treasure pen.Methods 66 diabetics are divided into two groups according to the dose of insulin 10 U and ≥ 10 U.Each group is observed 100 person-times.The retaining time of the needle after insulin injection is 10 s.According to the specifications,observed the volume of needle spill of each group.The retaining time of the needle after insulin injection is 10 s or 15 s,and the insulin drops from the needle or form liquid drop are all counted as solution overflow.Each group is observed 100 person-times,and the processes are operate and observed by professional persons.The two different retention time are used on the same patient alternated.Results The differences of the volume of dropping liquid between two kinds of retaining time,the volume of dropping liquid and the different dose using the same retaining time all had statistical significance.Conclusion When using the east treasure pen hypodermic injection insulin,the retaining time of the needle is longer,and the volume of needle spill is less.When the insulin dose is increasing,the volume of needle spill is increasing accordingly.
