鼻内窥镜手术及大环内酯类药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术及大环内酯类药治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效比较。方法对笔者所在医院收治的218例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分为实验组以及对照组,其中实验组患者108例采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗,对照组患者110例采用大环内脂类药物进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效、临床症状、鼻内镜检查以及CT检查结果。结果实验组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者在1年后的CT检查结果中与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻窦炎患者采用鼻内窥镜手术进行治疗,可明显改善患者预后,提高患者临床疗效。Objective To investigate the functional endoscopic sinus surgery and macrolide drug treatment of chronic sinusitis effects.Methods 218 cases of chronic sinusitis patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Treating the 108 cases of experimental group with endoscopic sinus surgery,while the 110 cases of the control group were given large ring grease for treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P 0.05）,CT findings of the experimental group patients after 1 year with the control group,significant differences（P 0.05）.Conclusion The endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with chronic sinusitis treatment can significantly improve the prognosis of patients,improve clinical efficacy.
