颗粒脂肪与透明质酸填充鼻唇沟的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对自体颗粒脂肪与透明质酸（HA）填充鼻唇沟的手术效果、优缺点进行对比分析。方法自2010年3月至2012年3月，采用颗粒脂肪与HA填充矫正鼻唇沟46例。结果本组46例求美者，自体颗粒脂肪移植填充28例，其中18例填充2次，间隔3—6个月，10例填充1次，疗效长久；HA填充18例，其中4例填充2次，14例填充1次，间隔2—3周，疗效维持时间8～14个月；所有求美者随访3～24个月，均达到理想效果。结论颗粒脂肪移植填充鼻唇沟比HA填充鼻唇沟的维持时间长、外形自然，值得推广应用。Objective To explore and compare the clinical effects of autologous fat granule and hyalu- tonic acid （HA） for filling nasolabial fold. Methods Form March 2010 to March 2012, autologous fat granule and HA were used individually as fillers for the treatment of nasolabial fold in 46 cases. Results In the 46 pa- tients, 28 cases were filled with fat granule, while the other 18 cases with HA. In the fat granule group, 18 ca- ses received twice filling with an interval of 3 to 6 months, and 10 cases received once filling; all 28 cases got permanent effect. For the HA group, 4 cases were filling twice with an interval of 2 to 3 weeks, and 14 cases were filling once; all 18 cases received an effect that lasting for 8 to 14 months. After 3 to 24 months follow-up, all cases got satisfactory results. Conclusion Compared to HA, fat granule filling for the treatment of nasol- abial fold could get a longer lasting effect, with nature contour, and it is worth spreading in clinic.
