摘　　要：目的评价应用透明质酸（HA）注射隆鼻的临床效果。方法自2009年6月至2012年6月，对35例求美者行HA注射隆鼻术，并观察注射后的临床效果、疗效保持时间、不良反应等。结果所有求美者注射后即刻均得到改善。注射后3、6、12个月随访，分别有100％、91．43％、65．65％的注射部位维持了改善的效果，求美者对鼻外形及填充高度满意。注射治疗中未出现急慢性过敏反应及感染、肉芽肿、血管栓塞、皮肤坏死等并发症。结论HA注射隆鼻术安全，方便，有效，维持时间约6-12个月。Objective To observe the effect of injection of hyaluronic acid （HA） as the filler for nasal augmentation. Methods From June 2009 to June 2012, thirty-five patients were performed the nasal augmen- tation by injection of HA. The clinical effect, duration and side effects were observed. Results Immediately after injection, satisfactory results were gained. With a follow-up at 3, 6 and 12 months postoperatively, satis- factory results remained among 100%, 91.43% and 65.65% of the cases respectively. No side effects such as allergy, infection, granuloma formation, embolism or skin necrosis were observed. Conclusion Injection of HA is a safe, convenient and effective method for nasal augmentation, and its effect remains as long as 6 to 12 months.
