经发际的远位切口切除额部颅骨骨瘤：附7例临床病例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨采用经发际的远位隐蔽切口治疗额部颅骨骨瘤的可行性。方法自2009年8月至2011年10月共治疗7例额部颅骨骨瘤患者，因骨瘤隆起影响面部美观而就诊。手术采用远离骨瘤的发际线内小切口，利用颌面骨电动手术器械装置及其光源系统，去除骨瘤。结果所有患者术后随访3—36个月，额部皮肤表面隆起消失，外观平整，手术瘢痕无外露，效果满意，无复发。结论采取远位发际线内小切口去除额部颅骨骨瘤可获得较好的美容效果，切口瘢痕隐蔽，借助颌面骨电动器械装置及其光源系统后使得手术操作简便易行。Objective To investigate the feasibility of removing the frontal skull soteoma by distal incision hidden in the hairline. Methods From August 2009 to October 2011, totally 7 patients with frontal skull osteo- ma were received in this study. All patients were female and described uncomfortable appearance for the nodule. Through a small incision located in the hairline away from the lesions, the osteomas were completely removed by using the maxillofacial electric surgical instruments and its light system. Results After 3 to 36 months follow- up, the results of all cases were satisfied. The smooth appearances of forehead were achieved following removal of humped lesions. The surgical scars were not visible and there was no recurrence. Conclusion The application of distal incision in the hairline in treating the skull osteoma could obtain ideal aesthetic results. It is feasible to re- move the frontal skull osteoma by using the maxillofacial electric surgical instruments.
