摘　　要：目的探讨自体口腔黏膜微粒移植在阴道再造中的应用。方法自2010年7月至2012年1月，我科收治30例先天性无阴道患者，采用口腔黏膜微粒移植再造阴道，模具支撑阴道成形。结果本组30例患者手术全部成功，术后对23例患者随访10个月，外部和阴道形状满意。结论自体口腔黏膜微粒移植再造阴道安全、有效，值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical feature of vaginal reconstruction by autologous transplanta- tion of minced oral mucus membrane. Methods From July 2010 to Janurary 2012, totally 30 patients with congenital absence of the vagina were received in our department and treated by autologous transplantation of minced oral mucus membrane for reconstructive vaginoplasty. After that, the reconstructed vagina was casted by model for half year. Results The vaginoplasty of all 30 cases were successful. After 10 months follow-up post- operatively in 23 cases, good configuration of vulvae and vagina were received. Conclusion Vaginal recon- struction by autologous transplantation of minced oral mucus membrane could be a basic consideration for con- genital absence of the vagina, and it is worth spreading in clinic.
