摘　　要：目的探讨扩大股前外侧逆行皮瓣的可行性和临床效果。方法应用游离及岛状逆行股前外侧皮瓣转位移植，修复面部及小腿中上段软组织缺损。结果本组患者13例，3例游离逆行股前外侧岛状皮瓣股前外侧皮瓣及10例岛状逆行股前外侧岛状皮（肌）瓣成活。结论应用血管吻合，可以扩大逆行股前外侧皮瓣应用范围。Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical effect of expanded reverse anterolateral femoral skin flap. Methods Reverse anterolaterral femoral skin flap was transplanted to repair the soft tissue defect of upper calf and face. Results In total 13 cases, 3 free reverse anterolateral femoral skin flaps and 10 reverse anterolateral femoral skin flaps survived totally. Conclusion The development of the free transplant can enlarged the application range of the reversr anterolateral femoral flap transplantations
