胎儿主动脉峡部血流多普勒指标的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿主动脉峡部血流多普勒指标在临床应用中的价值。方法选取2011年2月—12月在复旦大学附属妇产科医院常规产前检查及入院待产的孕妇381名及诊断胎儿宫内生长受限的病例19例,分析正常组胎儿主动脉峡部血流多普勒指标与孕周的相关性,并比较两组胎儿主动脉峡部血流多普勒指标的差异。结果胎儿主动脉峡部血流指标与孕周高度相关(P<0.01)。单因素方差分析显示,孕周矫正后,两组胎儿主动脉峡部血流多普勒指标差异有统计学意义。结论胎儿主动脉峡部血流多普勒指标在胎儿宫内生长受限时会发生改变。Objective To probe into the value of clinical application of the fetus aortic isthmus（AoI） Doppler index.Methods A total number of 381 pregnant women who got regular prenatal care and stayed in hospital during the labor,and 19 cases with fetal growth restriction（FGR） were selected.The relationship between AoI Doppler index of normal fetuses and gestational week was analyzed.And the difference in AoI Doppler index between the normal and FGR fetuses was compared.Results The fetus AoI Doppler index was highly correlated with gestational week（P0.01）.The one-way analysis of variance showed that the AoI Doppler index of the 2 groups differed significantly after the correction of gestational week.Conclusion The fetus AoI Doppler index changes when FGR happens.
