摘  要:目的评价能谱CT金属伪影去除系统(MARS)技术对胫骨平台骨折钢板内固定术的疗效评价。方法对23例胫骨平台骨折钢板内固定术后患者行宝石能谱CT检查,对原始图像用设备自带软件包进行金属伪影去除处理和膝关节三维重建。以原始图像为参照,比较去伪影图像对胫骨平台骨折钢板内固定术的显示效果。结果宝石能谱CT图像较常规图像金属伪影明显减少,能够更清晰地显示骨折复位和内固定术的修复效果。结论宝石能谱CT伪影去除效果明显,是胫骨平台骨折内固定术疗效评价的有用手段。Objective To assess the effect of intra-articular fixation for tibial plateau fractures by spectral CT with metal artifacts reduction system(MARS).Methods After the intra-articular fixation,23 patients with tibial plateau fracture were examined by GE gemstone spectral imaging(GSI) CT.The reconstruction images were obtained by reducing the original images’ metal artifacts.Three-dimensional reconstruction was simultaneously performed.Then the reconstruction images were compared with the original images.Results Compared with ordinary CT,the metal artifacts in reconstructed images were significantly reduced.The GSI CT can better assess the effect of intra-articular fixation for tibial plateau fractures.Conclusion Spectral CT with MARS can be used to evaluate the effect of intra-articular fixation for tibial plateau fractures.
