糖尿病犬模型造模前后血液生化指标的比较及治疗分析

摘　　要：Beagle犬1型糖尿病模型的建立对于开展糖尿病大动物模型的治疗研究有重要意义,但药物诱导的犬糖尿病模型如果护理不当,依然存在死亡率高的特点。本研究采用链脲佐菌素和四氧嘧啶联合静脉注射对Beagle犬进行了糖尿病造模,并对造模前后的血液生化和血常规指标进行比较,进行了相应的药物治疗。但采用常规的护肝和胰腺炎治疗方法并未取得治疗效果,多脏器功能的损伤可能是导致犬造模后死亡的重要原因。The model building of Beagle dog with type 1 diabetes is very important fordiabetes therapy.The drug induced diabetes dog model is still in a high mortality rate if not been taken care of.In this study,we used streptozotocin and alloxan to build Beagle dog diabetes model according to the references.And the blood biochemical indexes are compared before and after the making of model,and the corresponding drug therapy are analyzed.But normal liver-protecting and pancreatitis treatment did not get its effect.The damage of multiple organ may be the main reason for its death.
