康复灵联合桂枝茯苓胶囊灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察康复灵联合桂枝茯苓胶囊灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取笔者所在门诊慢性盆腔炎患者98例,将其随机分成观察组48例和对照组50例。观察组采用康复灵联合桂枝茯苓胶囊灌肠治疗,对照组采用口服康复灵单一治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治愈16例,显效22例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为95.83%;对照组治愈12例,显效20例,有效12例,无效6例,总有效率为84.00%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复灵联合桂枝茯苓胶囊灌肠是治疗慢性盆腔炎的一种安全、有效和可靠的治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Kangfuling combined with Guizhifuling capsule lavation in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 98 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from our out-patient.They were randomly divided into the observation group（48 cases）and control group（50 cases）.The observation group were treated with Kangfuling combined with Guizhifuling capsule lavation treatment,and the control group were treated with single treatment of Kangfuling.To observe and compare the treatment effect of two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.83%,16 cases were cured,22 cases markedly effective,8 cases effective,and 2 cases no effect.The total effective rate of control group group was 84.00%.12 cases were cured,20 cases markedly effective,12 cases effective,and 6 cases no effect.Efficient of two groups was statistically significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of Kangfuling combining with Guizhifuling capsule lavation is a safe,effective and reliable treatment method in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
